“You may have your favourite, this is now mine.” Jay Rayner on Breadstall.
Jay Rayner reviews BreadStall in the Financial Times.
“Now brace yourself for a grand statement: it’s almost the best pizza I’ve ever tried. […] If you’re looking for the new high-street mid-market restaurant group, Breadstall is a very good bet. […] The look, designed by the branding agency Without Studio, has even more of a workshop vibe than Rudy’s: blackboard menus, industrial ducted ceilings, bare brick walls, and a clean blue and white artfully functional logo. Pizza is simple, which means there’s nowhere to hide. It’s easy to get it wrong. Right now, Breadstall is getting it right.”
