When Caravan Coffee Roasters found themselves supplying coffee beans to half of London’s quality cafés and bars, thoughts naturally turned to creating a closer connection with their customers. We worked closely with the founders and operations team to translate the essence of the brand from restaurant/roastery to online retail, creating a site which balanced robust e-commerce with character and soul.
As well as an attractive place for fans to buy Caravan coffee beans and kit, the site was designed to enhance the specialty coffee experience, from sourcing and recommendations, to brewing tips and exploring the restaurants. Deeper content and keyword targeting helped new customers find the brand through SEO and enduring search performance.
