2023 is off to a cracking start with a brilliant new hire. We sat down with Rhiannon, a Senior Account Manager, so you could get to know her better…
What made you want to join Without?
I loved the purposeful approach to design and projects; finding a point of difference through curiosity and exploration, and then designing around that to deliver the best and most intentional work.
The range of expertise within the team stood out too and, alongside getting to know everyone, I’m really excited to be working more with B2C brands and clients.
What’s the best thing about being an account manager?
It’s hard to pick just one thing, but probably the variety of briefs, projects, and clients – every day is different, which satisfies my curiosity and means I’m never bored.
It’s also really rewarding to see a project through from initial client request to completion and launch. I love watching projects transform from a lengthy client brief into something real, and I find the creativity involved really inspiring.

What’s a piece of advice that’s helped you in your career?
Do something you enjoy! It shouldn’t be a chore, especially as we spend so much of our time working.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I’m studying for a BSc in Acupuncture, so currently lots of lectures and exam preparation! I’m looking forward to going into clinic later this year and treating patients of my own.
I also love hiking and swimming (either in the pool or river), and I’m aiming to do a long distance open water swim this year.
Otherwise, lots of weekends are filled with DIY or craft projects!
What’s your go-to dinner party dish?
Something low maintenance… chilli con carne (or bean) that I can chuck in the slow cooker and leave all day, obviously served with guacamole, tortillas, and margaritas!
What was your last festival?
All Points East to see Gorillaz.
Favourite type of holiday?
Lots of exploring – either on foot or wheels and refuelling with delicious food. Mountains by the sea is my favourite scenery. The sun is a bonus!
