Building Third Space’s digital experience 

In the 10 years we’ve worked together, Third Space has grown from two to double-digit clubs, with a 360 view of wellbeing – from nutrition, to medical, to community – and digital support – from membership management to online classes. Challenged to create new digital tools for the future of the brand, we crunched the data to optimise different user experiences. The result is a new website (focused on acquisition) and member app (focused on experience) that work as frictionless extensions of Third Space’s unique physical offer.
