ABOUT THE ROLE
A Content/Production Designer to join our team — someone who can bridge creative vision with technical execution. This is a role for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys turning big brand ideas into scalable, system-ready assets across print, digital, and social.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Support the creative and brand teams by producing high-quality design assets across multiple platforms (web, social, email, print, presentation decks, etc.)
+ Adapt and resize existing creative for various channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency
+ Create and maintain visual asset libraries, templates, and production-ready files
+ Assist in layout and design for branded content, pitch decks, case studies, and more
+ Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards
+ Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy
+ Stay up to date with design tools, trends, and production best practices
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
+ 2–4 years of experience in a design role, preferably at a creative or branding agency
+ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
+ Experience with content production across digital and print
+ Impeccable attention to detail, layout, and typography
+ Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
+ A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
+ Motion/animation or video editing skills are a plus (After Effects, Premiere)
